Refund Policy

EU 14-day Cooling-off Period

Customers resident in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from any paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. To exercise this right, contact us via the Support page within 14 days of your purchase, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Pro Monthly ($9.99/month)

Full refund available within 14 days of your first charge. After 14 days, you may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from Settings). You retain access through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued on charges already collected outside the 14-day window.

Pro Yearly ($89/year)

Full refund available within 30 days of purchase, no reason required. After 30 days, you may cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain access through the end of your paid year. No prorated refunds are issued after the 30-day window.

Founding Member ($69/year, locked for life)

Full refund available within 30 days of purchase, no reason required, identical to Pro Yearly.

Founding Member customers retain their original $69/year price for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. Cancelling the subscription forfeits the price lock; resubscribing later means paying the then-current available price (whether a Founding Member seat is still available or Pro Yearly at the prevailing rate).

The Founding Member tier is limited to the first 100 active customers. Once 100 active Founding Member subscriptions exist, the tier is closed and no further enrollment is possible. If an active Founding Member cancels, refunds, or otherwise becomes inactive, their seat returns to availability and the tier may re-open for a new customer.

No payment is involved, so no refunds apply.

How to Request a Refund

1. Use the contact form on the Support page.
2. Include the email address used for the purchase and the reason for the request.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
